This seven button bomber jacket is handmade in South Yorkshire using 400gsm 100% organic cotton woven into a cotton drill. This fabric is woven in Colne, Lancashire and our signature casein mock-horn buttons are manufactured in Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham.

Our Payne bomber jackets is slightly oversized by design so you can layer them up, however if you want a more fitted look it is best to go down a size.

Unlike a traditional bomber jacket, Payne features an ‘Aviator’ collar. To keep it crisp and shapely we have used two layers of 400gsm cotton drill that is topstitched.

This jacket has two waist patch pockets on each side and features flat felled seams traditional in denim construction. This construction adds strength to the garment as there are fewer edges exposed to fraying during wear.

For the cuffs you have two options: Thick elasticated cuffs to keep the elements out or buttoned barrel cuffs for a more formal look.

All of our jackets are fully lined with 100% UK manufactured cotton - so they look as good from the inside as they do from the outside. Inside you will also find a welted chest pocket with a stud closure to keep you valuables safe.

Our trademark contrast ‘half-moon’ is home to our leather brand label which is hand tooled in Shropshire.

Our signature buttons are made from cows milk. Yes thats right. Casein, which is the protein element naturally occurring in milk, is cured and hardened in sheets or rods, which is then tooled into these mock horn buttons in Wiltshire.
